Keynote speaker and Chair of a full day allocated to topics related to international, concealed asset investigation and recovery at Offshore Alert’s Second Due Diligence and Asset Recovery Seminar held at the Biltmore Hotel, Miami, Florida. 300 pages of material was written for the conference amounting to eighteen separate papers.

Speaker on ‘Multi-Jurisdictional Concealed Asset Recovery – ‘A Whistle-Stop Tour’, held at the University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois.

Contributing author for Ireland for the White Collar Crime section of the International Bar Association’s affiliated e-newsletter, the International Law Office. Several papers were e-published thereon, including (a) The Language of Hiding, (b) Unravelling the Web of Fraud, (c) Planning an Asset Recovery Project in the Face of Fraud, (d) The Use of Polygraph Examinations in Aid of Fraud Investigations, and (e) Link Analysis in Fraud Investigations.

Attended the International Bar Association Conference, ‘The Alleged Transnational Criminal’, held in Brussels, Belgium.
